A high energy class fusing dance, plyometrics and yoga. Varying in intensity with a playlist to bring the class vibe up to create a fun, sweat drenched experience. Feel deeply grounded, connected and strong in your body and let go of what no longer serves you.

Yin & Massage
Yin is a mindful style of yoga that uses longer holds to access the fascia and connective tissue in the body. In Yin Yoga postures are more passive asanas, mainly done on the floor. It is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscles and move closer to the bone. It is not uncommon to see postures held for 3-7 minutes.
Accompanied by Massage being offered by one or more Body work specialists throughout the class.

Yin & Sound Bath
Yin Yoga is a slow paced meditative experience that focuses on passive stretching and holding stretches for extended periods of time. Yin is practiced seated & laying on the floor for the entire class. (Chairs welcome)
Sound Bowls and other instruments are played during class to promote deep relaxation and healing through sound vibrations .

Glow & Flow is a movement experience accompanied by a high energy electronic dance music playlist and black lights. This class is a fusion of: dance, plyometrics, primal movements and Vinyasa style flow. Low lit space with black lights and visuals setting a club like vibe that will leave you feeling like you had the best night out with your friends in a drug and alcohol free environment. Promoting wellness is a form of healthy socialization, come vibe with us and bring your crew.
powwow yoga
Powwow Yoga is a fusion practice that combines tribal dance with yoga, it bridges the gap between the group fitness and yoga worlds but also adds that cultural & grounding element. Powwow Yoga is a Yang (fire) practice. Full of primal energy movements fused seamlessly with a yoga flow. Focusing on both masculine and feminine energy we utilize both men’s and women’s styles of tribal dance to target all muscles and all chakras for a well balanced energetic shift. Powwow dancing improves brain function and boosts memory, improves cerebral health and improves one of the cognitive domains.
Dancing also helps reduce stress, increases levels of the feel-good hormone serotonin, and helps develop new neural connections, especially in regions involved in executive function, long-term memory, and spatial recognition. A yoga flow is seamlessly woven into each class with conscious breath work and static yoga poses which gives the body a well rounded workout and creates deep muscle toning, deep extension and flexibility.
